Official Rules:
1) By ordering (i.e. truthfully completing the signup form and agreeing to abide by these Official Rules & Regulations) a "Starter Unlimited " or "Business Unlimited " shared hosting package, you become a Registrant. Registrations will be deemed made by the person whose name was given in the registration process on our order form. Registrants are required to purchase a new Shared Web Hosting package.
2) Registrants release and hold harmless HostUpon, Inc, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or any good received. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply.
3) You must be at least 18 years or older to register. THE PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of HostUpon Inc, its sponsors, respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, insurers, suppliers, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
4) Should HostUpon Inc determine, in its sole discretion, that any Registrant has violated any of the prohibitions contained in these Official Rules or that Registrant is acting in bad faith, or that the Registrant has no intention of using the hosting account, HostUpon Inc shall have no obligation to award a Prize to such Registrant.
5) Please allow 4-6 weeks for your iPOD Shuffle to ship. Registrant must claim Reward within 90 calendar days of entitlement date.
6) Rewards will be shipped only to destinations in the Continental United States and Canada. All Registrants who do not have a valid Continental U.S. mailing address or Canadian address will be given a 3 month credit on their Shared Hosting package that is purchased.
7) Registrants who cancel before 45 daysof their sign-up date will not be eligible to receive their Reward. Registrants account must be fully paid and have no outstanding balance owed to HostUpon. Reward will be mailed to the address on file on the 46th anniversary day of Registrants purchase.
8) Limit 1 reward per customer and household.
