Do you have a site builder?

Yes, we provide all shared hosting customers with a free site builder. The site builder is very easy to use and comes with hundreds of templates to get you started.
   
How long does it take to get my account setup?


We may call you to verify your order but is most cases you will get your activation email within minutes of signing up so you can start using your account immediately.
   
Do you outsource support?


No, all of our staff are onsite, not out-sourced.
   

Do you offer a Money Back guarantee?

There is no refund for domain names, as you are given full ownership of the domain name for the year.

Do you offer a shopping cart?

Yes, we offer the OsCommerce shopping cart and ZenCart as well as a few other carts via our Fantastico script installer that comes free with all accounts.

   
Do you allow adult content on your servers?

We do allow certain types of artistic material. Please contact support for more information.
 

Can I use Active Server Pages (ASP) on my site?

No. We only use Unix Servers. ASP requires Windows Servers.

 

How will you invoice me?

All accounts renew automatically. For customers paying by check or who request notice before billing, invoices are sent via email. You can login to the Client Area and modify when and how you receive invoices.
